Matt I do agree with your thinking, if I were China, I would be buying SDL. It makes sense for them at every level. What I don't understand is the process SDL is going through with the tenders, is it that they would be simultaneously pursuing the tenders and a sale? Also why no accumulate on market at av. of 0.10 through a myriad of state owned entities keeping under 5% .
