Hi Andres, what if the next mile-stone is revealed after the next trading halt (or suspension) and where the price being paid for the asset sale at 100% is (CONSISTENT with the commercial market metrics of the offtake contracts, CONSISTENT with recent Chinese valuations of African IO assets, CONSISTENT with western valuations of global IO assets and CONSISTENT with Sundance's own EV of Mlabam-Nabeba - adjusted for pre-production status discount, adjusted for competitive premium and adjusted for regional consolidation premium).
(I am not ruling out the possibility of an announcement witin the next month of the finialization of the asset equity sale and HENCE binding offtake contracts securing funding the EPC which BTW could result in the award of the EPC being announcment concurrently - given discussions had already advanced a month ago)
