It's obvious that the only reason why his stock isn't 30-50c now is because of the failed , drawn out bid. A lot of the hedge funds gave up after they got burnt, but the register will spring back to life with the upcoming milestones. This time, they will be real cashed up players. I also would imagine that any Chinese bid that happens along, will have to be pre funded. This will be made a lot easier with everything well in place this time around. I can imagine a joint bid if one comes along at all. Dyor
