possible co takeover ?????

after reading the eight page add on to company report i think we are going to be taken over.

CDS & Co now have 31.3% of avm and by going over 20% you have make a open takeover under canada rules.

Augest 24 2004 CDS had 11.5% of avm
feb 28 2005 CDS has 31.3% of avm.

I may be wrong on the above and hope i am as feal AVM
is just starting to begin to show some value for the next 3-5 years.

I have held now for last 5 years but would not at all be happy with any sort of takeover at all.

hope you all have a bit to say on this.
