its first mover status in the congo, i.e. Anvil`s
management has well established relationships with
multiple congolesean bodies that are key to success, also they are rather experienced how to conduct biz
there.

A hostile TO on the cheap would loose those "assets".
Hence i think major companies are more interested in
conducting JV`s with Anvil in the DRC to capitalize on
Anvils know how and standing and i would be not surprised if something interesting and attractive of such kind will happen in the future.

Since one can never be totally sure Anvil should consider to implement a poison pill to prevent to be taken over on the cheap.
