I was wondering about a takeover announcement myself. As per the ann., takeover provisions are outlined. I would have thought a substantial shareholder notice would have to have been released. They have certaintly increased their holdings substantially, in a very short period of time.
I would welcome any thoughts, but I agree with whitelight, a takeover now would not be welcome just as everything is coming together for Anvil.
