A takeover requires acquisition of 90% of a companies stock, that is unlikely to occur without management approval so any takeover will not be hostile.
As stated earlier this list was compiled on the 28th of February, where is the required 'early warning report' supposedly due 2 days after acquistion of more than 10%.
