That would make sense Flats, otherwise there would have had to be a statement of intent once they hit the 15% or 20% threshold (I forget which).
I expect they are one of the major Canadian financial houses promoting Anvil, probably did the intial TSX listing for all I know.
Didn't get to call the co sec back this evening, left the office before he/she would have been back.
