yes, it is pretty clear that $1.30 is just an opening gambit - if several interested parties come in, after due diligence, it should go for more than $1.50, but if new contracts are won in the next few months it could be a real bonanza.
personally l would have preferred to wait a couple of years as there is plenty of potential to double or triple the sp. but thats life.
