The 'rival' Sirtex (SRX) bid turned up on the Fri before the SRX SH vote, mid afternoon from memory, so the 'vote' got delayed...
I suspect, and am cautiously optimistic of the likelihood, that IF it's happening, it's likely to be in the latter part of this week...
