Was curious to think what other holders think possible outcomes are from the trial??
2c is:
Judge finds irregularities in the cancellation of the LOI 2 SMM thus agreeing to their claims,
further to the point judge brown notes that due to land banking and no landowner consent that SMM have absolutely no right to Isabel.
Axiom kb Landowners will be upheld as axiom being and having the true owners,
im sure some technical issue will be found by SMM legal eagles to show the gov made some kind of error, in both issuing and cancellation on LOI 2 SMM.
Axioms 50 year lease will be upheld and valid.....
criminal charges and/or inquiry into SMM and their dealings in the SI
Charges against SMM and or ochi and abe.
In summary
ill go out on a limb and call it a re-tender (even though we have a lease already) and then Re-aquired by Axiom Kb...
not a bad result and will eventually get it to the desired destination..... just not as quick as originally thought.
i do feel a re-tender is also needed to follow all procedures to correctly aquire the asset
