Injunction and Appeal doesn't give them any leverage. Court will just turn around and say "dismissed". The hardest part with the compensation is proving the damages aspect. SMM will fight that to hell and back because they know the damage will be extremely hard to quantify. Court costs will be ok though. I think I read that it would only be in relation to the fresh trial though and costs wouldn't be granted for the first trial before Justice Chetwynd.
