And start the whole fight and palaver all over again...don't think so. IMO more likely to be a case decided on principles that will be precedent setting going forward. And I think that will be a decision in favour of landowner's to participate in mining activities that carry their approval. The days of 'pillage the village' I would have thought are well and truly over in this part of the world, and landowners in places like Solomon Islands are now part of the global village...and AVQ understands this better then Smm...just my pennies worth...
