    I am sure SMM will find a way to circumnavigate that "promise" they made to AVQ. But that wouldn't worry me. I agree with Jesse; if we win the case and we can start mining then they can sit in court for however long they like. I can't imagine this would be resolved swiftly, but I also don't think that an appeal would result in an extension of the injunction.
