If AVQ win, the injuction is lifted and SMM appeal.....
I would love the irony involved in AVQ employing a minimal legal team with the sole aim of delaying the appeal proceding whilst we mined the shit out of that dirt.
Hopefully, followed by a FINAL decision in AVQ's favour.
