    Perhaps invest4it this is a clue -
    criminal charges and/or inquiry into SMM and their dealings in the SI
    Charges against SMM and or ochi and abe.

    The injunction and possible appeal might be there way of putting off any such actions, i should imagine that an inquiry into SMM solomon could affect all SMM holdings in the SI, it's possible that they are in damage control.
