possible cr options

I am not sure how much money will be needed for the phase 2 of ATL 1103 but I can remember people wrote about 5 million a few months ago.

So lets go with that figure.


1. Corner stone investor, 200m shares at 2.5c

2. sophisticated investor 100m plus sh entitled to 150m at 2c or the other way around

3. just sh participating at 2c


That way funding would be secured and a succesful outcome after the trial would see ANP independend of an financial backer who gets a high % of the income later.

But on the negative side we have to ask, if it is about ATL 1103, why were the negotiations with the DD-pharma unsuccesful ?
