Thats a very interesting observation and one that will be met with a legal letter if it is true I suspect. If they state that they are cash flow positive when they are in fact not this is not only a breach of reporting standards but could be argued that they have deliberately tried to manipulate the share price.

In any event both will be met with some action, action I will instigate myself. I dont mind the cap raise but depending on the reason will decide on the ultimate outcome.

There is also alot of accumulation going on with a crazy bot trader at the moment as well.
