You are right, the audited final Half accounts have a lower EBITDA than the Qrtlys. Not so large but a small negative and acceptable that final accounts will be massaged a little bit one way or another I suppose.

Let's face reality though, this stock is a gamble not an investment at this stage. Nifty needs to keep moving it's grade higher into the large >2% Cu resource similar to the >2% head grades being put through the plant before they took over with a disastrous plan to mine the low grade remnants. The resource, reserve and historical production right up until Sep 2016 all says it can be done. The copper price  is a lot higher in AUD than back in 2016 but so are the costs. A lot of money on new capital equipment etc hopefully will get things working. The engineering boffins convinced Renison to build a new 3 way crusher/screening system and install ore sorters at great expense and inconvenience. If they are right, and they did it all for a reason obviously, the mine should make a step change in mining efficiency and profitability all things being equal. But all things are not equal, they are developing into the fantastically high grade and thick Leatherwood and Area 5 which will be a lot more profitable, especially with the tin price still rising. However, time and cash is running out and the market are on tenterhooks as proven yesterday.... place your bets
