I hope to hell that he opens the NT on a case-by-case assessment basis.

So just how grossly unfair would that be to all the operators outside of the Beetallo basin? They would be blowing up big time and the lawyers would be queing up to represent them to sue the Govt. Absolutely no way they can allow fracking in one part of the state and not others IMO. It has to be all or none.
