Perhaps you are right, perhaps you are not. Who knows as to why someone is wanting to sell out at that price. It might be that that someone is expecting an P&D or something of the likes and he doesn't want to get caught out with his pants around his ankles.
It might also be someone that has bought out cheap and want to cash out on his profits. After all, that is what ST traders and rampers are doing. The profit was there for the take, and by taking it, they have locked in their profits and put the money in the Bank.
