Ol mate Anndy it seems has allowed for water in the system , yes it's the snowy mountains but hey there not always Snowy and the water , can do many things , evaporate , be needed down stream for environmental flows , can leak out of reservoirs . It is pretty reliable but, things are a changin and there are no guarantees!!!
