possible future company outlook

hi guys and gals. i have been invested in isf for awhile now and have watched the sp fall and fall. i have sustained quite a loss on paper, but have held firm (sometimes against my better judgement). i still believe the company is in the right space to be able to do some really good business, but i am really starting to doubt it's ability to succeed. i have a few questions for discussion for those of you more knowledgeable than i
1. can the company survive?( or is going bust/or being taken over the only options)
2. who are the real competitors in this space?
3. what are the main reasons for the fall from grace, and how do they fix them?
4. why the y.a deal?, as the downward spiral has only accelerated since it came about.
i appreciate there will be many different opinions on these topics, but i am interested in hearing your thoughts.
Anyway i think i am here for the long haul (hoping for a recovery) as there really is no point selling now.
