Hello Kyme, I am now expecting up to a 100% increase in reserves in the Core field plus SE Horst which Crux4 has just proven-up.... 54mmblls to 100mmbbls. Bell Potter CRUX DCS value was 146c.. so my best estimate is 248c by June08. For the Reserves Model I believe (best guess) NXS used the 79mts 'A' Sands and 20mts Plover, both pre Crux3 and I think that only the Core field was used in the Model. Refer to the Jan08 Presentation,P22 Crux field cross section. Shows the thickening of the Sands towards the Core field. Both Crux3 and 4 are near double the model sands dimensions, plus Se Horst was outside the Core field Model. Just my take on an initial Reserves Upgrade, taking into account the Crux factor. Other events will have varying impacts.
