John, thanks for the reply and extra info. I have been doing quite a bit of research trying to justify the purchase of this early this year (wrong way around, I know). The info is not easy to understand but very fascinating. A bit of knowledge can be very dangerous because you fool yourself into thinking that you understand something when you don't, however I am comfortable enough to keep on holding and am not taking woodline/tennant creek/others into consideration.
