He just doesn't learn, our Malcolm. The only reason that Tony Abbott got a Guernsey (way back when), was MT moving to the left, and particularly in the area of taxing carbon.
He seems a nice enough guy but if you don't represent those that elect you, as a politician, you'll struggle.
