Does anyone think it is possible that US grain farmers will take...

    Does anyone think it is possible that US grain farmers will take class action against AWB? I believe they could undertake this in the USA because AWB has registered offices in the US. Has anyone else heard about this or got any opinion? Looking at it from a legal point of view I think US farmers would have a pretty strong case against AWB for racketeering and other offences which could cost AWB hundreds or millions of dollars or wipe the company off the face of the ASX.
