No Idea, possibly some of the larger investors in OEL have figured out that OEL is a lost cause (especially now that it appears that their farm out has gone away - which will no doubt lead to the capital raising going away also).
So perhaps some big investors who want Philippines exposure are swapping over??
Who knows - but I'm confident you have backed the right horse in this race LG...
