I was intrigued by Mr Truter's comments about M&A in yesterday's investor presentation. Acquiring De Beers Canadian assets would give increased production and cash flow as well as adding mine life and a longer term project pipeline. Mountain Province Diamonds is also likely available with their depressed market cap. With obvious synergies from consolidating Lac de Gras Mines, this must surely be something BDM are looking at closely? Quoting Mr Truter "Watch this Space".
