You see that stuff happening all over the various shares traded on the ASX not just AZZ.

As it happens often and on a regular basis and the ASX has done nothing about such practices, then it is just like BOT trading and ignored.

Get used to it and the other things like cap raisings to 'sofisticayed' investors at substaintial discounts, (Did you see the front page article on it in the FIN ?), briefings to selected institutions and investors, and all the other stuff that goes on. The little guy doesn't get any breaks.

Be happy that at least the ASX isn't as bad as the SCAMex in the USA and all the games that are played over in the USA.
