    Hi Platman

    I am thinking this is virtually already a done deal. To announce the proposed CEO/Chairman responsibility allocation suggests to me that they just have to work out the equity arrangements. Should see a rerating IMHO to say nothing of the unlocking of the growth potential aspects.
