Cash was $520k as per last quarterly & MC is around $900k

Announcement on 30/6/15 - Company Update - "A number of other possible acquisitions in other sectors are currently being assessed."

Then announcement on 31/7/15 - Quarterly activities report - "A number of other possible acquisitions in other sectors continue to be assessed. Until a clear strategy going forward is approved by the Board, all activities have ceased to preserve cash reserves of AUD $520K as at 30 June 2015."

So company knows that they have limited cash & they need to preserve cash & look for acquisitions in other sectors.

Last announcement of 20/8/15 - Change of Address - company moved to - Suite 12, Level 1 11 Ventnor Avenue WEST PERTH WA 6005
This means company is sharing office with other companies (to preserve cash I think)

Any good acquisition will put rocket under SP. If it reaches MC of $10 million, it would be Disallowed (just a calculation)

On the other hand, downside from SP of $0.003 is minimum I think.

However, it may take few weeks or months, before we see any acquisition, so have patience if you invest. (considering Cash on hand, company won't waste much time, IMO)
