From what I can see, the shorts started to go up from about May 2019, during that period, the SP was about 40+cents. So they are in a spot, seeing that the SP is now 25 and they have not covered yet.
For example, they can take up all the shares today up to a price of 39c and only get about 1.9mil shares.
Shorters are not infallible. Everyone would be in the game.
AC did say he is aware of them. Could it be that these sub holdings are part of a plan by CVN to beat them at their (shorters) own game?
