I have to agree with your concerns. Communication from this management is a shocker. I am surprised the Board is not making them more accountable. They desperately need a Communication Strategy and it's the Boards responsibility to ensure they have one. That tells me that the Board is as bad as Executive Management. It's fundamental Management 101 stuff. i think a good young aspiring female manager would be good to crack the whip because these guys are beginning to remind me of Faulty Towers!
