EML management is the least of our concerns. and they are well incentivized to make it work.
the biggest risk going forward is how well they execute. the question for me is, will they earn $40, $60 or $80 million ebtda in 3 years from now?
if you believe $40 million then you're probably selling at $3.
if it's $60 million then maybe $5 and if you are like me, and think they can do $80 million then it's a $10 stock.
