Something I found a bit unprofessional about AGM was, the ann of results after meeting, most other companies outline resolution, then results which is always good to help those who werent at meetings,( ie Im in vic ) to be reaquainted with the resolutions.
Just numbering resolutions 1 - 6 is like taking the que at the Post Office, looked very poor but thanx 4 heads up that went.
