I reckon we have a few more hurdles to jump before we see whether the cartels re form demon.
1) i think we need to find Oil - at a commercial QTY don't you think? - then hope its above $45 USD a barrel now $30 ...the ducks are really lining up i can see it too ...
2) that means no drilling til December this year ....not too long to wait really .....so second half of the year will me Jack Shit to KAR .....say 12 -14 months from here when they actually log a result from the drill in December ...not long to wait at all.
