Probably the same reason I got out - I took a small loss some time ago after being a long term holder in search of better value elsewhere in the market and fortunately put it in AUZ and another stock and today for AUZ I am sitting on a 635% return with hopefully more to come given the quality of the projects it has - I can't see AVQ hitting anything like $1.20 any time soon even if they get a favourable outcome.

I agree there is a better than even chance of AVQ getting the nod from the SI Government but there are a lot of shares and cheap options which I feel are going to limit any substantial upside and I suspect there are a lot of long term holders trapped in the high 20s + who may want out. Also, I doubt anyone could argue that RM and other company officers have not been dragging inordinate remuneration from the company for years on a promise to shareholders of a future pay day.


I genuinely hope the long term holders who have "maintained the faith" are well rewarded.
