1.) FAR being only the minor is not there to make mischief because of "sour grapes". It would just be dumb. Can you imagine at the AGM?
2.) I am sure that FAR has a case. WPL is not the only one who knows how to hire lawyers. Else the gov't won't have been involved.
3.) If FAR didn't have the money, I am sure they do now
4.) If WPL is sure of a success, there is no need for all the "chest beating", that is only there to intimidate, else to what end? The more of these "chest beatings" the more I think they think that all is not well.
5.) If they are sure of a success, then trigger the PE or better still, seeing they think the PE period has ended, go for gov't approval. Why wait.
6.) I know Phillip321 said WPL will not pay a premium for a TO. (I am not sure whether he meant the TO premium figure I used, 20% or just the SP I arrived at or if WPL will do a TO at all. But I myself certainly will not rule out a TO. EGO..........WPL being played out by a minor!!!!!

My one line summary then of 3 scenarios in probable order
1. Successful PE and on sell/deal with another major. probably all 35%.
2. TO by WPL matter of price then.
3. Deal with WPL. This would be unthinkable!

Still waiting on the number plate from Phillip. Cheers.
