I think we should keep DF under our hat for as long as possible,even neg a commitment extension.
We don't as yet know,but we could end up with a double dip into the same pool of oil.
Also read in that gov exploration permit I posted that during any dispute litigation,all parties must maintain the JOA.ie can not stop.
So COP must stay committed to project timelines.
There only out is war breaking etc.
