Do they need shareholder approval for the initial 14.9%.
Is the limit upto 15% before share-holder approval is required. The 14.9% "number" must be for a reason.
Meaning if the vote is NO then Management can issue regardless or at least have the option.imo
Anyone know the listing rule regarding the initial 14.9%.?
Its(Resolution) so poorly explained that I believe the deal is done and dusted regardless of the vote.Theres a way around everything.imo In saying that I maybe the only one who does not understand the resolution.
The way Management is going about this must,in their minds, mean AGS are a lay down mosiar to win the Court Action or there is a complete breakdown in communication between the two Parties with the BBros digging in for a Court battle. At some point there is a point of no return for both Parties.imo
Thats why I believe nothing will happen until the Court action starts. Then there can be only two options
1 BBros make a proper offer (Remember they will probably only make an offer for the 25%) and with that
2 AGS either accepts or goes for the throat.!
Like I said theres a point of no return for both Parties! We could already be past it?.imo
Give us(shareholders) strength because we're going along for the ride.
