All details concerning the mediation and the Native Title agreement are strictly confidential. We have been told this many times. Possibly there have been the three parties involved since going into mediation in my opinion.

Remember AGS did try to sell their share of lease a few years ago, they even said they had an interested buyer and many inquiries. During a presentation PM made a point that they wanted to own the marketing rights to their share of the uranium. Without that Heathgate could set the price and AGS or anyone who takes their share wouldn't have control over their share of the product.

Another poster mentioned that deals like this don't happen overnight. That was a very long mediation if it was only for Native Title in my opinion.
