Yep and Imagine if they come in say 3 years and buy DNK because they do not like the competition... they will have the cash to do that and it would give them returns for next 100 years.
You know I think that the big demand for potash is yet to come, 2020-2030 to 2050 and if DNK is run well there will be good dividends for long time.
