possible reason for weak sp?

to all followers of AZZ please consider this as a possible reason why someone has been pushing the sp down

Equity Line of Credit Facility
AZZ has a A$20,000,000 facility with US-Based Investment Fund YA
Global Investments, LP(Cornell), Under the terms of the facility, the Company
could, at its discretion, issue shares to Cornell at any time until the expiry date of 17 December 2010, up to a total aggregate
value of A$20,000,000.
Shares issued to Cornell would be priced at a 2% discount to the lowest daily volume weighted average price (VWAP)

If Cornell thinks AZZ will do this(due to a need for quick cash) it would be looking to get the shares for the lowest possible price so pretty good incentive to drive it lower in the short term?
James wouldnt be too keen about using that card but given the current nervousness he may be hard pressed to do a normal capital raise as he has done before

Any thoughts?
