IMO either asset buy out or company buy out scheme all end up with a shareholder vote there s no reason for such fear.
I look at Tudor & Pick profile and they seems to handle a lot of company buy out recently. As i mention before there are a lot of consolidation and expansion in the shale play at the moment, a report from Tudor & Pick said that almost 20% dometic gas supply now came from the shale plays and is increasing, it goes as further as saying that without shale oil & gas the US can kiss goodbye to the energy independent dream. So you can see where the big dollar is flowing to. So with AZZ position in the middle of it with a large arce, someone might even buy out the whole company just to get the hand on the arces if you look at recent deals in the shale industry.
