At this level of volume, IMO one of the following scenarios:
1. Stockland has exited (maybe)
2. A number of large instos have exited as they don't want the unlisted BNB JV portfolio (unlikely)
3. A temporary exit with later buy-back has been orchestrated by a large number of instos to avoid the unlisted BNB JV portfolio (possible, but they could have sold it off on receipt, or parked it in the client's custodian's account)
4. A new player is buying in (maybe, but price should be rising.
Bottom line, I have no clue, thus just gambling to trade ATM IMO.
