The 'underperform' recommendation is not good and would signal a sell-out by some Insto's and Fundies imo; however a sell-down would be more orderly.
This to me seems more of a re-balancing of an Insto or a Fundy portfolio due to the size of those crossings. If it was an arms length sale 'at market' it would have wiped 80% of the sp out (and then some), lol. No need to worry on the large tranactions imo; the broker recommendation however is another issue.
Anyways just a few TP thoughts to throw into the mix on an otherwise average day!
