I think Glen and his team are shrewd enough to have a backup plan in place - I bet there will be very quick manoeverings going on to sell the property over which WEST LB has security...but any purchaser worth their salt will know the weak position of CNP on that piece of real estate (if indeed it is secured)....

It does make CNP ripe for further attack....
