The sell side does not mean a whole lot atm, a few million have already disappeared from the list and many more will too if they look like they are about to actually sell there shares. Then again it could increase but overall its a none issue when waiting for an announcement.
Just seems like action to keep the SP lower, couldn't tell you why. Maybe accumulation.
