I don't believe there will be a cap raise in the short term. The presentation accompanying the half year set out the action plan for the next 12 months - and they only have 12 months!
So; Clean up the mess, cut costs, focus resources, rightsize the businesses, resolve Spacelink - make it cashflow positive.
If/when they win a big new contract then maybe new cash.
